What is the starting order quantity?
Start from 1,000 units per fragrance and design. Bottle systems, decoration and pack specifications can affect the minimum; the final quantity is confirmed in your quotation.
Does the minimum cover my entire collection?
The starting basis is per fragrance and design. Different scents, sizes, bottle systems or decoration can require separate minimum reviews. Gift-set counts should be separated from the quantities of individual filled units.
What is included in the unit price?
Ask the quotation to identify the liquid, fill size, bottle, dispensing system, cap, decoration, retail box, insert and packing scope. Development, tooling, inspection or freight may be separate items.
Which payment and shipment terms apply?
Currency, payment stages, the named delivery point, freight responsibility and any agreed trade terms are confirmed in the quotation and commercial agreement. This website does not publish a fixed deposit percentage or universal shipping promise.
Samples & customization
Can MX make perfume with our brand name?
Yes. Your project can include the fragrance, bottle, spray pump or applicator, cap, logo and retail packaging. Send existing artwork or a reference so the scope can be reviewed.
How are samples and lead times arranged?
Tell Anna whether you need a scent trial, component samples or a decorated finished pack. Charges and timing are confirmed for that scope. Bulk production timing follows the approved specification and component plan.
Can I send a fragrance or bottle reference?
Yes. Start with a description, model or page reference and the changes you want. Discuss how physical samples should be labelled and sent. Confidential formula and artwork information should follow agreed access and confidentiality terms.
Can I supply my own packaging?
Send the dimensions, drawings, component references and quantities for feasibility review. Fit, dispensing, compatibility, acceptance checks and responsibility for supplied parts need to be agreed before production.
Quality & documents
Which certificates and reports can I receive?
Give Anna the exact certificate or report required by your buyer and market. Confirm the issuer, legal entity or product covered, scope, current version and availability for your actual order. The site does not present generic document names as MX-held certificates.
How is the approved sample linked to production?
Record the fragrance version, bottle and closure references, artwork revision and complete pack specification. A change to one of these may require a new evaluation or approval.
Can I arrange an inspection?
Discuss the inspection scope, acceptance criteria, sampling plan, timing, access and cost responsibility before confirming the order. The required arrangement should appear in the order documents.
Shipping, repeat orders & contact
Can you confirm a production lead time now?
Share the target date and selected specification. Sampling rounds, component procurement, artwork, production and transport are separate stages; dates are confirmed after the dependencies and commercial terms are reviewed.
What should I do if an order has an issue?
Contact Anna with the order reference, batch or carton identification, affected quantity and clear photos. Keep the relevant samples and packaging for review. Resolution follows the agreed commercial terms.
How do I place a repeat order?
Quote the earlier order and approved sample or specification references. Identify any changes to formula, size, components, artwork, market or quantity so the current cost, minimum and schedule can be reviewed.
Does the online form send my enquiry automatically?
