Approved formula and batch references.

Bottle, pump and closure checks.
Packing & handoff
Count, protection and carton marks.
A route set by the product specification
Perfume production connects the approved scent to a repeatable filled and packed product. The exact route changes with the formulation, bottle system and packaging. Discuss which stages are included in MX’s quotation and which component work is arranged with suppliers.
Batch preparation
Link the approved formula and product format to a batch record. Check material identity and the required quantities before blending.
Blending and holding
Blend to the agreed formulation. Holding or maturation time depends on the liquid; it should be part of the actual production plan.
Cooling and filtration
Where the formulation requires these steps, use the agreed conditions and filtration route before release to filling.
Filling and closure assembly
Prepare the selected bottle system, set the filling operation and fit the pump or applicator. Crimped and screw-neck closures require different setups.
Decoration and retail packing
Match the label, bottle decoration, retail carton and insert to the current artwork and approved component versions.
Inspection and dispatch preparation
Review the agreed fill, closure, appearance and count checks. Confirm carton marks, documents and shipping handoff responsibilities.

Make checks measurable before the run
| Area | Agree before production |
|---|---|
| Liquid | Approved scent reference, visual appearance and any agreed product checks. |
| Fill and function | Fill requirement, pump or applicator performance and the selected closure checks. |
| Pack appearance | Decoration position, artwork version, insert fit and complete presentation. |
| Order identity | Quantity per SKU, batch identification, carton count and shipping marks. |
Allow for changes that affect earlier approvals
Changing the pump, bottle finish, fragrance or carton may affect several operations. Identify the affected sample references before confirming a revised schedule or price. A repeat order should also point to the correct earlier specification.
Separate manufacturing from transport
Share the destination and forwarder arrangements early. The product composition, destination and transport route can affect the documents and handling required. Confirm the shipping terms, packing protection and responsibilities in the commercial agreement.
